TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Human Help AI ("Platform") at humanhelpai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users — experts and clients alike.

2. Platform Description

Human Help AI is an online marketplace connecting human experts — professionals in medicine, law, engineering, design, finance, and other fields — with clients including individuals, businesses, and AI platforms seeking expert knowledge and consultations.

Human Help AI acts solely as an intermediary. We do not employ experts and do not provide professional services directly. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any consultation.

3. User Accounts

To use the Platform you must create an account and agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and not share credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access at support@humanhelpai.com
• Be at least 18 years of age to register
• Not create more than one account per person

4. Expert Obligations

By registering as an expert, you represent and warrant that:

• All credentials, qualifications, and experience listed on your profile are accurate and truthful
• You hold any licenses or certifications required to provide advice in your field
• You will provide consultations with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism
• You will not provide advice that is knowingly false, harmful, or misleading
• You are solely responsible for the content and quality of your consultations
• You will comply with all applicable laws and professional regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Client Obligations

Clients using the Platform agree to:

• Use consultations for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse, redistribute, or resell expert advice without permission
• Treat experts with respect and professionalism at all times
• Understand that consultations do not replace licensed professional services where legally required
• Not contact experts outside the Platform to circumvent fees

6. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed through Stripe. By using the Platform, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

• Expert pricing: Experts set their own fee — minimum $5 per session, no upper limit
• Platform commission: Human Help AI retains 20% of each consultation fee
• Expert payout: Experts receive 80% of the agreed consultation price
• Verification subscription: From month two, active profiles require $10/month to remain visible
• First month free: All new expert registrations include one free month
• Taxes: Experts are solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes

Human Help AI reserves the right to modify its fee structure with 30 days' advance notice.

7. Content & Conduct

You agree not to post or transmit content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent; infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; contains hate speech or harassment; promotes illegal activity; contains malware or spam; or impersonates any person or entity. Human Help AI may remove violating content and suspend accounts without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — design, logos, text, and code — is the property of Human Help AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Experts retain ownership of their profile content. By posting on the Platform, you grant Human Help AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote your profile.

9. Disclaimers

Human Help AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of expert advice, or that results will meet your expectations. Consultations are not a substitute for licensed professional services where legally required.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Human Help AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Human Help AI in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Human Help AI may terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these Terms. Earnings already processed will be paid out according to our standard schedule.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
