- To send platform updates and product announcements (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To improve Platform features and user experience using anonymized analytics
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
- Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide the Platform services
- Legitimate interests: Analytics, fraud prevention, Platform security
- Consent: Marketing emails and non-essential cookies
- Legal obligation: Tax records, regulatory compliance
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe — payment processing (governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- SendGrid / Mailgun — transactional email delivery
- Hosting provider (Namecheap) — server infrastructure
- Law enforcement — when legally required by a valid court order
All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements ensuring GDPR compliance.

Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by GDPR.
10. Children's Privacy
Human Help AI is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us immediately at privacy@humanhelpai.com and we will delete the account.
11. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions). By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.
